We make software for independent shops.

The furniture showroom, the boutique, the hardware store down the road: shops that know their customers, and sell by talking with them.

How it started

retale is made by bluutale, a small software company in Malaysia. It began with one independent shop whose customers already asked about its products on WhatsApp. The shop needed a way to show its whole range, with a link that started the conversation about the right piece.

We built that, tried every screen on the shop’s own range, and then made it work for any shop: flowers, cakes or furniture, the shop’s own colour and logo, its own web address. That became Catalogue, our first product.
